Bring your computer in to our store, (either by shipping it to us or drop off) and within 24 hours (for most problems) we will give you an Estimate of what it will cost to repair your computer. After diagnosing the problem, we will call you and explain all options that are available and make sense financially.

Critical Services:
We troubleshoot and evaluate most crashed systems and crashed hard drives and offer "same day" and "contract after-hours" emergency service. (additional charges will apply)

For your convenience, we will come to your location to minimize your down time.  We service and repair most brands, makes and models of computers, notebooks, laptops as well as have experience with most related types of software.

         In Town $45 plus time;

         Out of Town: mileage plus time.

         Timed Rate: $72/hr 1 hour minimum applies.

Estimates take time, and we want you to know as easy as it seems to provide an estimate, to do it properly and consistently it will take anywhere from 1 to many hours of evaluation to accurately diagnoses the real problem your system has.  We, at Kris' Computer do charge a nominal fee of $25.00 for any desktop PC and $50.00 for Laptop/Notebook computers.  However in fairness to our clients, we do apply those estimate charges to the repair costs, should you go ahead with any repair once it has been diagnosed.  We appreciate the opportunity to serve you, our clients.
